Nititum Kovitgoolkri, head of the product and services division at True Corp, highlighted that the app is designed to elevate customer experiences by integrating AI to analyze user behavior and offer relevant service recommendations.
The app provides over 50 functions including bill payments, balance checks, internet package additions, and exclusive in-app offers.
It features a 24-hour virtual customer service agent, Mari AI, which uses generative AI and ChatGPT for enhanced support.
With more than 12 million monthly users, the app has significantly decreased the need for branch and call center inquiries by over 80%.
