Brighteous Establishes First Overseas Office in Bangkok, Marking Major Expansion into Southeast Asia

The launch of Brighteous Consulting’s inaugural international branch in Thailand underscores the firm’s commitment to serving cross-border legal and business needs
Brighteous Consulting (Thailand) Limited opened its first overseas office in Bangkok in December 2025, a significant milestone in the firm’s strategic international expansion.

The new branch is located on the fourteenth floor of the SKYY9 Centre in Rama IX Central Business District, reflecting Brighteous’s commitment to establishing an operational presence at the heart of Thailand’s growing commercial hub.

This move represents the firm’s inaugural step beyond its home market as part of a broader initiative to support clients engaged in cross-border investment, corporate compliance and international business services.

The establishment of the Bangkok office aligns with Brighteous’s broader aim of facilitating legal and commercial engagement between China, Thailand and other Southeast Asian markets.

The Thailand branch will offer a comprehensive range of services, including legal consulting, cross-border investment compliance, company incorporation and operation, and intellectual property protection.

It will also provide business strategy consulting, market entry planning, investment structuring and local resource integration, tailored to enterprises seeking to expand regionally.

Leadership of the new office rests with a partner from the firm, who will oversee operations together with a local Thai team to ensure services are adapted to the regional context.

Officials and representatives involved in the launch highlighted the significance of the Bangkok office as a gateway for Brighteous into the ASEAN economic landscape.

The firm has articulated its intent to build a localized, professional service team capable of delivering high-standard legal and business support to investors and companies navigating the complexities of the Southeast Asian market.

By embedding the office within Thailand’s dynamic legal and commercial environment, Brighteous aims to strengthen its contribution to bilateral business cooperation and support clients’ long-term growth aspirations across borders.
