Siam Motors Enters Real Estate Market with Bangkok Office Tower
Siam Motors Group is diversifying from its automobile business by developing Siam Patumwan House, a 106 million dollar office tower in Bangkok. Located in the Siam district, it offers 33 stories with 51,000 square meters of space and has a LEED gold rating. It will fully open next year with initial tenants including Japanese partners.
Thai conglomerate Siam Motors Group has entered the real estate market by launching the Siam Patumwan House, a 33-story office building in Bangkok, Thailand.
The building, valued at 3.5 billion baht (or approximately 106 million dollars), aims to diversify the company's revenue away from the automobile sector.
Situated in the central Siam district, the office tower is a short five-minute walk from the National Stadium BTS Skytrain station.
Offering 51,000 square meters of leasable area, Siam Patumwan House has been awarded the LEED gold rating for its sustainability-driven design.
The building is set to fully open to tenants next year, with Japanese partners among the initial tenants.
