Thailand’s TAT Activates ‘Thailand Co-Creator Journeys’ to Amplify Trusted Thailand in Key Short-Haul Markets
Tourism Authority launches coordinated content initiative with creators and influencers to bolster Thailand’s image and travel demand abroad
Thailand’s Tourism Authority has officially launched an innovative “Thailand Co-Creator Journeys” programme designed to strengthen the Trusted Thailand framework and stimulate interest among short-haul international travellers.
The project brings together over twenty content creators, key opinion leaders and influencers from across Asia and Oceania to participate in coordinated travel experiences aimed at generating compelling digital narratives that highlight the kingdom’s quality leisure offerings and safety standards.
At the formal launch, TAT’s Deputy Governor for Marketing Communications, Mr. Nithee Seeprae, explained that the initiative translates the Trusted Thailand policy into rich, authentic travel experiences that resonate with regional audiences.
The programme leverages storytelling and content creation to project a contemporary and credible image of Thailand, reinforcing its position as a high-quality, trusted and sustainable destination.
Leading the Thailand Co-Creator initiative is prominent Thai actor and model Mean Phiravich Attachitsataporn, who will coordinate creators, set creative guidelines and help ensure that campaign outputs align with TAT’s strategic direction.
Under his leadership, the first phase of journeys will cover five high-potential travel routes — Kanchanaburi; Lampang–Chiang Mai; Sakon Nakhon–Nakhon Phanom; Surat Thani; and Songkhla — between the twenty-third and twenty-fifth of January.
TAT expects the programme to generate more than one hundred million impressions across digital platforms, amplifying awareness of Thailand’s attractions, hospitality standards and traveller readiness.
The initiative complements existing efforts, such as the Trusted Thailand stamp, which certifies operators that meet stringent safety and service benchmarks to reassure tourists and support the nation’s overarching tourism recovery and growth strategies.
